WHAT TO EXPECT

Every client and project is different, but here is a quick glimpse at what an average project budget and development cycle looks like. We use various communication tools along the entire process including phone, email, video meetings and Asana.

We appreciate value based pricing models, but with over 2 decades of experience we can still never justify it ethically. We will never ask you how much money you have - just so we can figure out if we can charge you more.

Instead, we will provide you with both a baseline estimate (you will never pay less than this amount) and a max-cap budget (you will never pay more than this amount).

We leverage our collective expertise and best guess to establish your project estimate based on "time and materials" priced at fair market rates. You heard that right - it is a bit of a guess that is based on over 2 decades of experience launching world-class projects. Once we establish the baseline estimate we will add an additional ~1/3 to the time allotted to allow for: mistakes, changes, and improvements.

Our goal is to get as close to the estimate as possible, but the allocated budget is there in case we need to use it. You will never be charged more than your total max-cap budget.

We will invoice you against your budget at a predefined interval (usually every 2 weeks or whatever makes sense for both of us; so let's work that out together). The portion of budget that we don't use is yours to keep or repurpose towards other rad project requests.

There are some instances where there will be costs associated to usage rights, distribution of media, and intellectual property. All pricing will be transparently communicated by your assigned account manager before any work has been performed and throughout the project lifecycle.
