  • reusable software
  • source code libraries

  • educational materials
  • proprietary workflows
  • know-how

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Solver Collective's intellectual property.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • provide accurate information
  • respond to requests in a timely manner
  • supply necessary content and approvals
  • maintain appropriate access to third-party platforms when required
  • comply with applicable laws

Project timelines may be affected by delays in receiving client feedback or materials.

7. Third-Party Platforms

Our services often integrate with third-party platforms including, but not limited to:

  • Shopify
  • Webflow
  • HubSpot
  • Google
  • Meta
  • LinkedIn
  • Microsoft
  • Klaviyo
  • Resend
  • Cloudflare
  • QuickBooks
  • other technology partners

We are not responsible for outages, pricing changes, policy changes, or functionality provided by third-party services. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Digital Products

If Solver Collective offers digital products, templates, downloads, or software:

  • you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product

  • all intellectual property remains the property of Solver Collective or its licensors
